Job Summary

Eden Scott is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in translating business reporting requirements into workable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate data or process gaps to stakeholders and technical gaps and requirements to the development team.
  • Develop and maintain technical requirements documents to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Design and implement data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of T-SQL and experience with Microsoft BI stack.
  • Basic BI concepts experience and hands-on experience in data modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working within a team and on an individual basis when required under minimal supervision.
  • Capable of working to tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills

  • PL/SQL experience and experience in Enterprise Power BI implementation.
