Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our team by actively contributing to the development of innovative solutions addressing banking challenges. This includes enhancing banking operations and identifying automation opportunities to streamline processes and elevate both customer and user experiences, particularly in branch settings.

Key Responsibilities:

On a daily basis, you will engage directly with architects, business analysts, and client banks to:

  • Define business requirements and confirm expectations.
  • Design optimized business process flows to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Utilize advanced banking and BPMN solutions to create visual process definitions within systems.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in banking business analysis or relevant banking roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to represent business and technology process flows.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Experience in identifying risks and formulating mitigation strategies.
  • A solid understanding of product architecture and design best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Teller and Branch transformations.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise systems implementation, including CRM, PSA, or ERP.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions like AWS or Azure.
  • Awareness of AML, GDPR, and FCA regulations.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following will be advantageous:

  • Experience with the complete software development lifecycle.
  • Background in project roles such as business analyst or functional consultant.
  • Familiarity with SAP Banking.
  • Understanding of the underlying technology principles in banking systems.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with BPMN engines such as Camunda.
  • Experience working in diverse, multicultural teams across various time zones.
