About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst to join our group Transformation and Change team at Royal London.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership for delivering the full range of BA artefacts across the end-to-end change lifecycle.

You will play a critical role in driving business growth and success, with your good understanding of the industry and strong analytical skills.

You will provide high-quality deliverables that will support projects to delivery on time and within budget.

About the Responsibilities

  • Analysis of large and/or complex change initiatives.
  • Elicit, challenge and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges on both waterfall and agile projects.
  • Facilitate workshops with a wide range of stakeholders to understand current and future state, documenting process maps to reflect these.
  • Ability to work stand alone or within a team, in one or more project at any given time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing.

About the Requirements

  • Experienced Business Analyst with previous experience in a BA role.
  • Experience in one or more of the following disciplines (Marketing, Commercial, Life & Pensions, Data Solutions, Investments).
  • Advanced in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards.
  • Proficient interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
