Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major transformation project, expanding the Portfolio Office to enable significant internal transformation initiatives. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in guiding this change and understanding the organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a standard set of techniques and templates for creating end-to-end solution designs for projects and change.
  • Embed best practice around user-centered analysis and design.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to deliver business analysis and change management services.
  • Use business analysis techniques, such as structured systems analysis and design method (SSADM), to analyze and design business solutions.
  • Experience of process mapping As Is To Be and excellent written communication skills to produce robust project documentation.
Requirements:
  • A Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience using business analysis techniques, such as structured systems analysis and design method (SSADM).
  • Experience of process mapping As Is To Be.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to produce robust project documentation.
Desirable Skills:
  • UML, POPIT model, and Prince2 Practitioner or Agile PM Practitioner.
