About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Social Security Programme Division. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in leading small to medium-sized projects and supporting larger and more complex projects. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, working independently, and advancing the BA community through sharing best practices and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply a range of analysis techniques to analyze the current state of customer organizations
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze data and process models
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in technical and business environments
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users
  • Support the identification and analysis of options to deliver enhanced outcomes for citizens and organizations
  • Develop business analysis products in accordance with project requirements
  • Develop user stories and ensure acceptance criteria is consistent
  • Experience working with training teams
  • Build a culture of continuous delivery and improvement
Essential Digital Data and Technology (DDaT) Knowledge
  • Strong experience of business analysis in a business, policy, or digital project environment
  • Excellent relationship management skills working with key stakeholders in technical and business environments
  • Experience of process mapping and business requirements gathering
  • Experience working within an agile, multi-disciplinary team environment
