Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst at Capco, you will engage with clients to identify, structure, prioritize, and execute their requirements. This may involve the implementation of new operational processes, systems, or compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams within the client’s organization to gather and define requirements.
- Analyze and document intricate business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analyses and redesign business process workflows.
- Support the Project Manager/Scrum Master in developing project timelines and sprint planning.
- Prepare and facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders across all levels.
- Manage tasks utilizing Jira Kanban boards.
- Generate and present metrics and reports to clients and stakeholders as needed.
- Continuously monitor risks and incidents, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the product owner to ensure business needs are effectively translated into functional designs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Analyst roles.
- Experience working alongside technology delivery teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Familiarity with maintaining project schedules, plans, and Jira tasks.
- Knowledge of Financial Services and Capital Markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong stakeholder management abilities.
