Job Title: Childcare Activity Leader

Are you passionate about creating engaging and safe experiences for children? Do you have a knack for planning and executing fun activities that promote maximum participation? We're looking for a skilled Childcare Activity Leader to join our team at Junior Adventures Group

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, and more.
  • Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies, including signing in and out processes.
  • Provide refreshments for the children while maintaining our high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
  • Set up and pack away play spaces, moving furniture and play equipment as needed.
  • Ensure proper sign-in and sign-out processes and procedures are followed for all children in our care.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with team members, parents, children, and schools.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks for all equipment and kit.
  • Take the lead in championing health and safety, providing first aid where necessary.
  • Keep all information and documents related to the children in our care confidential and secure.
