The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of First Line Risk and Pricing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our first line risk and pricing functions. You will work closely with our underwriting and pricing teams to develop and implement risk management strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and optimize business performance.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and pricing teams to develop and maintain pricing models and risk assessments.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and pricing to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including underwriters, actuaries, and other business partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in risk management and pricing, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
