Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administration Assistant to join our Shared Service Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients and internal stakeholders, including data entry, document preparation, and communication.
  • Assist in the coordination of projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

  • Experience in business administration or a related field, with a track record of success.
  • Advanced IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office products.
