Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the South and South West region. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic HR support and guidance to our regional managers and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advisory services to regional managers and employees, including guidance on employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional managers, directors, and HR colleagues.
  • Organize and manage family-friendly processes, including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental, and unpaid leave.
  • Respond to HR-related queries and manage your diary to ensure best use of your time.
  • Travel frequently to branches in the region, with occasional overnight stays.
Requirements
  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably in an Employee Relations Advisor role.
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practices.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
