**People Team Admin - Recruitment and Onboarding**
Westbury, Wiltshire
£25,000pa
- 40 hours per week, flexible.
*** Your Role**
Rygor Group are looking for a proactive and engaged People Team Administrator who can provide essential administrative support to the People Department to help them continue to be a UK Best Workplace.
They are looking for an individual who can ensure the department is up to date with the best HR and People practices, company process, as well as focusing on recruitment and onboarding of incredible team members.
**Day to day, you will be**:
- You will be a champion for business initiatives and uphold their company values of being ‘rewarding’, ‘reliable and ‘respectful.
- You will take ownership of the day-to-day recruitment administration for the business, utilising their ATS to ensure recruiters and managers are aware of new applicants.
- You will hold regular meetings with their Preferred Suppliers to ensure success.
- You will be passionate about delivering the best onboarding process for new starters.
- You will ensure the accuracy of all HR and people team documentation, to uphold a professional and high-quality level of communication across the business from the People team at Rygor.
- You will ensure GDPR is always upheld.
- You will assist the team with hands-on tasks, such as behind the scenes preparation for company events.
- You will assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding, contracts, SMT1.
- You will take ownership of certain administrative tasks, and report back to the team regularly.
**This role will be a great fit for you if**:
- You have worked in a similar environment and have recruitment experience, use of an ATS would also be useful, however training will be offered.
- You are a team player who recognises the successes of others.
- You have brilliant time management and organisational skills.
- You have excellent administration skills and can adapt to work in high pressured situations.
- You are computer literate and confident using various software and technologies.
