Employment Law Senior Associate

**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Senior Associate to join our successful health employment team. As a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, you will provide legal advice on workforce matters, including high-profile employment tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work.

**About the Role**

* Provide legal advice to healthcare clients across the NHS, primary care, and private health sectors on employment law matters, including drafting employment documents, advising on maternity/paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and employment tribunal claims.

* Handle all aspects of employment law, including providing strategic advice on workforce matters and supporting clients in high-profile employment tribunal litigation.

* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in employment law, with a strong track record of advising clients on employment law matters.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to work outside normal office hours if needed.
