Job Overview

Henson Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Senior International Account Manager to lead the growth agenda across a strong European portfolio and drive business expansion in the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in key markets.
  • Lead a team of international account executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in international business development and sales leadership.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop strategic plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the FMCG industry.
