Job Title:

Technical Sales Lead/Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Lead/Manager to join our team at Terry Parris Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maximizing relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers at all levels
  • Maintain a high level of technical competence in the features and functions of our products
  • Prepare and present technical proposals to customers
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and feedback on customers, competitors, and market trends
Requirements:
  • Degree/HND in engineering or science subject or qualified by experience
  • Significant experience in selling large scale capital equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence in all activities
