Our client is a leading supplier of specialist equipment for the Advanced Materials industry. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and maximizing relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to develop and execute a sales strategy for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers at all levels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities to meet income and gross margin targets.
- Prepare technical proposals to a high level of technical and financial accuracy.
- Produce weekly sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback on customers, competitors, opportunities, markets, pipeline, and other sales-related activities at weekly sales reviews.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel globally as required.
- 37.5 hour working week.
- 22 days holiday in year 1, increasing to 25 days in year 2 and beyond.
- Permanent contract.
