Sales Team Leader Job Description
Are you a sales professional with leadership skills and experience in leading sales teams? We are looking for a skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team at First Recruitment Services.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Team Leader include:
- Leading by example with new business sales calling
- Training the Internal Sales team in sales techniques
- Winning new business and re-engaging with lapsed clients
Key skills and experience required for the Sales Team Leader are:
- Experience of sales techniques and cold calling methods for prospecting new business
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and ERP Systems (SAP, Nav, Sage etc.)
- Competent negotiator
- Ability to search out and win new business opportunities using various methods
- Proven track record in achieving targets
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
