Construction Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in West Yorkshire. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing setting out and engineering control on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate site engineering control and setting out activities, ensuring seamless communication with operatives and subcontractors.
- Undertake material reconciliations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all surveying equipment is calibrated to maintain precision.
- Conduct as-built surveys on complete works and drawings to ensure compliance.
- Produce 2D and 3D site sketches to facilitate effective communication.
- Assist in maintaining quality records, adhering to Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and as-built records.
- Support basic planning, monitoring, and programming to ensure project success.
- Minimize waste on site through effective control and management.
- Read and interpret data and drawings to inform decision-making.
- Relevant Civil Engineering experience in Highways, Rail, Water, or Aviation.
- Flexible attitude to work and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher and relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS card).
- Proficiency in Office 365 and CAD software.
