We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Business Officer to lead our UK Commercial Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic development across all platforms, with a particular focus on digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all platforms, including digital.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to implement global strategies in the UK market and drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead a senior team of Heads of Industry, each managing key verticals, and ensure they maintain an unwavering focus on data analysis to set team and individual KPIs.
- Cross-Platform Execution: Foster strong relationships with Editorial and Creative teams to ensure cross-platform programme execution and success.
- Talent Development: Develop talent and drive a culture of collaboration, performance, respect, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience of leading a commercial sales function within the media industry.
- Commercial Revenue Experience: Extensive commercial revenue experience and the demonstrated ability of successfully transforming and expertly driving revenue across all platforms within a global business.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of establishing high-performing commercial teams across all platforms, with a particular focus on digital.
- Industry Knowledge: Passionate and knowledgeable about Condé Nast's brands.
- Network: Excellent network within the media industry.
