We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HRIS system, including producing reports and analyzing data
- Process all HR-related employee changes, such as new hires, promotions, and transfers
- Conduct weekly inductions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Assist in producing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation
- Handle employee queries and provide timely and accurate information
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives
- Assist in processing leavers and conducting exit interviews
Requirements:
