About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our UK Insulation Division. As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to our customers in the UK market. Your primary focus will be on supporting our sales team in delivering a comprehensive service to customers in the distribution, house builders, specifiers, installers, and construction industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers on insulation products and their applications.
- Develop and deliver product training to customers and end-users.
- Conduct U-value calculations and respond to technical queries.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Work with the wider team to contribute to projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sector-specific experience and industry-certified training.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of mineral wool insulation from manufacture to practical application.
- Knowledge of insulation and rainscreen facade products.
- Highly organized and skilled in time-management.
- Proficient in all relevant I.T systems.
- Working knowledge of U-value calculations and building standards.
