We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director/Associate Sustainability Consultant to join our team at oilandgas. As a specialist in renewable energy, you will play a key role in the delivery of grid-scale and front-of-the-meter renewable energy generation and/or storage consultancy projects.


This role will involve overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, commercial management, resource management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of grid-scale and front-of-the-meter renewable energy generation and/or storage consultancy projects.
  • Client Relationships: Manage and develop key client relationships to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial Management: Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve revenue streams and reduce costs.
  • Resource Management: Manage and develop a team of professionals to ensure effective project delivery and business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.

Requirements:
  • Renewable Energy Expertise: Have a deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and energy storage.
  • Project Management: Have experience in project management, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Commercial Acumen: Have a strong understanding of commercial principles and be able to develop and implement commercial strategies.
  • Leadership: Have experience in leadership and team management, including developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
