Social Media Strategist

Job Title: Social Media ManagerWe are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager to drive the development and execution of impactful social media strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and captions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future social media strategies and optimize content.
- Manage and motivate junior staff, including social media executives, to produce high-quality content and execute social media campaigns.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm for the field and eagerness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
