About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for defining the problem, setting the strategic direction, and guiding the development of brand and marketing programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive business growth and transformation
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Conduct research and analysis to unlock relevant insights and inform strategic decisions
  • Lead working sessions, conduct in-depth interviews, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Craft compelling narratives and presentations to communicate strategic recommendations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a brand, comms, or marketing consultancy with a strong track record of advising on business growth in a strategy-led position
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work through research and analysis at pace
  • Comfortable leading working sessions, conducting in-depth interviews, and building relationships
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations
