Job Title: Division Director - Logistics Solutions Expert

About the Role:

As a Division Director - Logistics Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of logistics capital equipment and solutions to major parcel carriers, postal operators, and eCommerce providers. You will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business unit goals to drive sales of capital equipment across parcel, post, and eCommerce sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with business unit goals
• Identify and target high-value customers, including large eCommerce logistics firms, postal carriers, and 3PL
• Establish and foster strategic relationships with key decision-makers in customer organisations to understand their operational challenges and provide tailored solutions
• Lead high-stakes negotiations and create customised proposals for large-scale installations

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of parcel, postal, and eCommerce logistics
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with expertise in high-value contract negotiations and complex sales cycles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships at all levels
• Comfortable understanding and communicating the benefits of technical products, with an ability to translate technical features into customer benefit
