In the role of Teenie Moon Room Supervisor, you will be instrumental in fostering a secure, caring, and engaging atmosphere for our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include managing the daily functions of the Teenie Moon room, designing and implementing suitable activities for the age group, mentoring and guiding the room staff, and ensuring effective communication with families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Teenie Moon room, guaranteeing a safe and nurturing space for the children
  • Design and implement a curriculum that promotes children's development and learning
  • Establish a welcoming and inclusive environment within the room
  • Guide and mentor room staff, offering constructive feedback and support
  • Foster strong relationships with families, providing consistent updates on their child's development
  • Ensure adherence to all nursery policies and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Experience working with children aged 0-2 years
