If you possess substantial experience as a Planner and have expertise in managing project portfolios from initial design to the completion of construction using advanced software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Lead Planner, you will be an integral part of a growing team dedicated to delivering a variety of projects with a focus on essential outcomes.

Your daily activities will involve direct collaboration with Project Managers, Designers, and support teams, as well as communication with both internal and external construction teams.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

Collaborating with various teams engaged in project execution Developing, reviewing, and advancing multiple project schedules Leading discussions to adhere to agreed project timelines Proactively evaluating risks associated with project delivery Reviewing and integrating subcontractor, supplier, and third-party schedules for the Project Manager Preparing diverse reports and forecasts at both project and program levels.

The role will require site visits and office engagements across the region, with the possibility of remote work when feasible.

Required Qualifications

As a seasoned and independent Planner, you will have a comprehensive understanding of project management and execution.

Essential experience includes:

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (advanced level) Evaluating contractor schedules in accordance with NEC standards Experience with complex engineering projects Competence in using Excel and Word (intermediate level).

Ideally, you will also have knowledge of or relevant transferable experience in:

Water supply and wastewater treatment processes Civil, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) construction and commissioning Design, third-party, and environmental project requirements Balancing the demands of managing a portfolio of projects.

Above all, we seek a motivated team player with a proactive mindset and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate their capability to drive projects to successful completion and delivery.

You will be adaptable in your approach and encouraged to voice your ideas and influence improvements, contributing to the effective delivery of services. This role is diverse, allowing you to engage with various teams throughout the project lifecycle.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required due to the nature of the role, which involves attending meetings at different sites and offices in the region. Business expenses will be reimbursed.
