About the Role
Curo, a leading housing association, is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Retrofit Project Coordinator. This role requires a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all retrofit projects are compliant with PAS 2035 protocols from assessment to evaluation, checking designs, specifications, and assessments.
- Produce whole house retrofit plans to PAS 2035 protocols for energy efficiency retrofit of domestic buildings with a fabric first approach.
- Develop retrofit designs that are sympathetic to the property, customer requirements, and financial parameters.
Requirements
- Qualified with a level 5 diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
- Experience in construction project planning and/or delivery.
- A background of project delivery in retrofit >5m in value.
- A background of data analysis.
- A background of leading projects dealing with scale and costs.
