**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of peer supporters, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality support
* Work closely with service users to empower them to make positive changes in their lives
* Develop and implement effective support plans to meet the needs of service users
* Contribute to the development of our service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of our support
