Job Title: Peer Support Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Peer Support Lead. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping others break the cycle of addiction and live a positive life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of peer support workers in providing guidance and support to service users.
  • Develop and implement effective support plans to meet the needs of service users.

  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
