As a Lead Cost Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Cost Management: Efficiently oversee project costs from initiation through to completion, ensuring strict adherence to financial targets and budgets.
  • Procurement Oversight: Manage the procurement process, which includes tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Contract Administration: Skillfully handle various forms of contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Subcontractor Relations: Effectively manage relationships with subcontractors, including procurement, payment processes, and resolving disputes.
  • Risk Identification: Proactively identify and address potential risks related to costs, contracts, and procurement.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare precise and timely financial reports, forecasts, and cost analyses.
