Centre Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Centre Director to lead our international student centre in Surrey. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the contractual partnership with the university and leading the team to meet the partner's expectations for student intake, outcomes, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a centre strategy that supports growth through delivering exceptional student outcomes, increasing student numbers, and generating staff commitment to maximizing business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the Senior Centre Leadership Team to achieve the centre's goals and objectives.
- Oversight of excellent teaching, learning opportunities, academic standards, and student outcomes, ensuring all regulatory obligations are met.
- Encourage adherence to diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everything we do.
- Manage all aspects of the partnership, including university senior management, academics, student and estates departments, and the university registry.
- Grow revenue for the centre by working closely with university and Study Group sales & marketing teams.
- Oversee and manage the partnership account for all products and solutions contracted with the university.
- Maximise profit by ensuring the centre is run efficiently and identifying opportunities for new products and solutions.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and leadership and/or management training or demonstrable experience of leading an organisation of similar size and complexity for a minimum of 3 years. You should have experience of leading in an academic environment, planning and running complex education courses and programmes, developing annual budgets, and managing finances against an agreed budget.
You should also have experience of commercial account management, stakeholder management and engagement in complex environments, partnership working and/or partnership management in the education sector, and running or involvement in projects in an education setting.
As a leader in a regulated environment, you should be able to ensure compliance and have a good understanding of the International Student environment. Teaching in UK higher or further education and/or teaching international students is also desirable.
