Quality Management Director

Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health System Director to lead our hospital's leadership team and create a culture that embodies our 'We care' values and behaviors. As a Health System Director, you will be accountable for the operational performance of the hospital, including financial and budget responsibility, delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency, and driving the quality agenda to put patient safety first. You will also inspire and lead your people to achieve excellence in patient care and experience. The ideal candidate will have commercial and/or clinical experience in independent healthcare, with a strong track record of leadership and management. You will be a Registered Manager and a 'fit and proper person' as defined by the CQC, with the ability to ensure continued development of external support networks and meet all CQC requirements.
