**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Laboratory Director to lead and expand our clinical laboratory team at Singular: Building Brilliant Biotechs. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the company's strategic direction and drive significant improvements in clinical and health outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage the clinical laboratory team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality testing results.
* Collaborate with Heads of R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to validate new assays in the clinical lab.
* Manage customer interactions and run multiple client projects, delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's quality management system.

**Requirements**

* MD/PhD in a relevant field.
* Significant experience managing a clinical laboratory and overseeing high complexity testing.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
