Mid Market Underwriting Expert

Become an integral part of our Mid Market Solutions Team as a Mid Market Underwriting Expert, where you will assist our trading teams in crafting innovative solutions tailored for intricate cases and diverse risk profiles. This position provides a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge and focus on various segments while working closely with the Trading and Broker Performance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of Underwriting Strategies and industry best practices
  • Oversee the creation of open market offerings for commercial Mid Market
  • Enhance commercial underwriting capabilities throughout the trading teams
  • Analyze insights into SME Segments & Trades performance to aid in business planning
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Trade and sector specifics

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an underwriter with significant authority
  • Strong grasp of performance challenges and commercial business acumen
  • Ability to collaborate and lead within a large organizational structure
  • Expertise in risk management pertaining to mid market segments
