About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Consultant to join our team at Rose & Young Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets for the business.
  2. Effectively handle customer enquiries and convert them into viewings or market appraisals.
  3. Follow up on previous viewings to gather feedback and buying decisions.
  4. Provide timely, respectful, and constructive feedback to clients.
  5. Make outbound calls to follow up on previous applicants to generate viewings for properties we have for sale.
  6. Archive client records where all potential interest has been checked, exhausted, and recorded.
  7. Effectively meet with customers who visit our offices and handle their enquiries.
  8. Provide support with sales progressions via solicitors, buyers, and vendors to achieve a high completion rate.
  9. Ensure clients and buyers receive regular updates.
  10. Provide administrative support such as sales property folders, document checklists, window cards, for sale boards, brochures, anti-money laundering compliance, and key movements.
  11. Carry out compliance checks, including anti-money laundering for all clients.
  12. Daily check reviews, tasks, and other actions due.
  13. Create a live for sale listing.
  14. This role may include valuations, subject to valuation training/experience provided.
Requirements
  1. Two or more years' experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role.
  2. A proactive approach with a can-do attitude, target-driven to get results.
  3. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  4. Be smart, professional, and personable at the same time.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  6. Determination to generate new business and maximize opportunities with focused action.
  7. Organization, strong time management skills, and prioritization skills with the ability to control your own diary.
  8. Flexible and adaptable approach.
  9. Positive attitude in all situations, being able to resolve issues.
  10. Negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the business and the customer.
  11. The successful individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to provide superb customer service in addition to generating sales.
  12. A full, clean UK Driving License.
  13. The Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
