Role Summary: This position involves providing essential IT support on an as-needed basis, ensuring smooth operations in various customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily IT functions at customer sites to meet user requirements.
  • Deliver hands-on support for server and networking tasks as necessary.
  • Assist with IT equipment and applications related to manufacturing, adhering to provided SOPs.
  • Collaborate with remote teams to resolve issues through physical intervention as directed.
  • Manage hardware repairs and vendor coordination to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Conduct Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities for IT assets.
  • Provide specialized support for VIPs, ensuring comfort with audio-visual tools and peripherals.
  • Support various services and equipment in conference rooms, including audio/video and unified communications.
  • Maintain asset records for non-PC IT devices, responding to customer inquiries under guidance.
  • Assist in the procurement of non-PC IT equipment, ensuring compliance with business policies.
  • Provide on-site support for non-PC devices, including scanners and printers, with training as needed.
  • Manage mobile phone support, including triage, asset management, and configuration.
  • Support special events and meetings, with services billed on a time and materials basis.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards while collaborating on infrastructure projects.

Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and the local language is essential.
