Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Compliance Coordinator to join our Transport Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and planning the day-to-day vehicle compliance requirements for adherence to statutory/legal undertakings O Licence for the site on a permanent basis at our Fresh Direct depot in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and plan vehicle compliance requirements to ensure adherence to statutory/legal undertakings O Licence
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Deal with matters related to fleet discipline and schedule regular vehicle inspections
  • Make arrangements for servicing and ad-hoc maintenance in line with set inspection periods
  • Verify documents using both paper-based systems and software packages
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require experience in a similar role, with knowledge of transport O Licence compliance. You will also need excellent attention to detail and full integrity to maintain accurate records.
