Position: HVAC Operations Manager

The HVAC Operations Manager is essential in directing and coordinating planned preventive maintenance, reactive services, and testing operations while offering technical guidance to maintenance personnel throughout the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and cultivate robust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Direct HVAC teams to guarantee service delivery aligns with organizational standards
  • Ensure adherence to technical specifications and regulatory compliance
  • Act as the subject matter expert for FGas maintenance practices
  • Administer budgetary considerations and service execution effectively
  • Uphold health and safety regulations
  • Provide technical mentorship and support to HVAC technicians
  • Engage in the recruitment and selection process
  • Propel enhancements in performance indicators
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and foster positive relationships
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage for maintenance services across all sites
  • Identify and manage business development prospects within financial constraints
  • Lead and supervise a skilled team of HVAC technicians

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical or equivalent qualifications
  • ACS Commercial Gas Certifications
  • City and Guilds 17th Edition Certification
  • F Gas Certification
  • Expertise in major HVAC systems
  • Strong computer literacy and communication capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Results-driven and accountable
