We are looking for a skilled and adaptable HVAC Systems Specialist to become part of our team, operating at one of the client's headquarters.

As an HVAC Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role within a team of three engineers, tasked with the upkeep and efficient functioning of the building's HVAC systems.

Your responsibilities will encompass executing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on various HVAC systems.
  • Identify and rectify HVAC system malfunctions to reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all tasks.
  • Engage in a rotating shift schedule, alternating weekly between early and late shifts.
  • Be available for on-call duties once every three weeks, with a standby compensation.
  • Utilize a company vehicle for any off-site tasks while on-call.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to guarantee smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC or mechanical engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in a multi-skilled engineering capacity, particularly in facilities management.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Attributes: Dependable, proactive, and dedicated to delivering high-quality service.
