Job Title: HVAC Engineer - Facilities Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile HVAC Engineer to join our team at a leading facilities management company. As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of the building's HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-planned maintenance across a variety of HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system faults to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly between early (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and late (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) shifts.
  • Be available for call out 1 in every 3 weeks, with a standby payment of £100.
  • Utilize a pool vehicle when on-call for any off-site requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role, particularly within facilities management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality service.
