As a Senior Social Media Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our social media initiatives for Global Originals across Europe. Your expertise will help us craft engaging content that resonates with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive planning and strategy for social media campaigns targeting Global Originals in the EU.
  • Act as the primary liaison between various teams, fostering strong collaborations with US counterparts and the EU Social Media team.
  • Lead a dedicated team of Social Campaign Managers to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  • Enhance operational excellence in campaign management by refining processes and workflows for sustainable success.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns for US Originals in collaboration with local teams.
  • Address and manage potential roadblocks, providing escalation management and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Drive rigorous measurement and analytics of campaign performance through your team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Background in marketing or marketing research.
  • Ability to leverage data and metrics to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media within the entertainment sector.
  • Familiarity with working across multiple countries and engaging with stakeholders in the US.
