About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Bupa, working every other weekend. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for managing new enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
  • Manage new enquiries and provide advice and support to residents, their families, and internal teams
  • Conduct show-arounds within the care home and support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties
  • Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • A friendly and approachable manner, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and internal teams
  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle a varied workload
  • A caring attitude and a commitment to making a real difference to people's lives
