Customer Care and Complaints Advisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Relations team as a Customer Care and Complaints Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Relations team, including handling complaints, enquiries, and letters of claims.
  2. Complete Subject Access Data Requests (SADRs) in a timely manner and in line with GDPR requirements.
  3. Compile Financial Ombudsman Services (FOS) case files.
  4. Locate information upon request for Customer Relations case handlers.
  5. Support the team to achieve the department's Key Performance Indicators.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all customer contact using the CMS system and adding complaints to the complaints log.
Requirements:
  1. Previous administration experience.
  2. Confident telephone manner.
  3. Confident on Excel.
