About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Update clinical records using our electronic patient record system
- Prepare and send correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases using Excel
- Minute and record meetings and discussions
- Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including room bookings and scanning documents
About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a caring and compassionate approach to work. You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and be proficient in using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
