Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Charter Broker to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our charter sales team, you will be responsible for generating and managing a pipeline of qualified sales prospects, building strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensuring seamless execution of charter sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring timely communication, and delivery of high-quality charter sales services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of charter sales, including contract management, invoicing, and trip sheet coordination.
- Monitor aircraft availability and communicate updates to clients in a timely manner.
- Travel globally to attend meetings, networking events, and represent the company at flight representation events.
- Contribute to the development of junior brokers, sharing knowledge and expertise, and providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft charter sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
