About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Neighbourhoods Meetings Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver the provision of co-ordinated care for vulnerable people in the London Borough of Hackney.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of multi-agency team working across the health and social care system in City and Hackney within Neighbourhoods. This will involve providing proactive support and ensuring the management, development, and improvement of Multi Agency Meetings within Neighbourhoods.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in project managing in a complex organisation
  • Able to design, deliver, and evaluate a range of projects
  • Demonstrates high-level effective communication and presentation skills with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate team leadership skills, able to lead, manage, and motivate staff
  • High level of problem-solving, planning, and time management skills
  • Able to manage competing demands and to prioritise under pressure for self and team
  • Awareness of own competency level and how to seek appropriate help
  • Highly motivated with ability to work autonomously
