- Experience of working in a care or support role, preferably in a community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act.
- DBS clearance at the enhanced level, with the ability to maintain a satisfactory disclosure.
