About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Pennine Care NHS. As a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with various mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for patients based on their specific diagnosis and needs.
  • Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Conduct regular physical health checks and administer medications as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with mental health best practices and theories to provide the best possible care.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registration.
  • At least 2 years post-graduate experience.
  • 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • The ability to pass an enhanced background check.
