Community Mental Health Practitioner

Belmont Recruitment is currently working with a NHS based Community Mental Health Team in Bury.
The role will be for a mental health practitioner, either a Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker are suited to this role.
The post will include you working within a MDT, as part of the Older Adults Community Mental Health team. We are ideally looking for candidates with prior experience of working either within A&E or Community services. The post will include you carrying out comprehensive mental health assessments, as well as placement recommendations and liaison with the MDT.
This role is ideally full time - working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for 37.5h a week. Hours of work are 8am to 4pm.
Pay rate for this post is \u00a325.00 per hour.
The applicant must be Qualified with their respective body either NMC, HCPC or Social Work England.
