- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
- Full UK driving licence (essential for some roles).
- A competitive salary, including £12.40 per hour, plus an average of 7 x sleep ins per month at £55 per sleep in.
